Slight Bit of Confusion

So, it was kind of a shitty day, whatever. Coulda been way worse, I suppose. I figured I'd treat myself to some kind of pesto-related goodness, prepare it at the house to save some hard-scrabble scratch. So I go to Trader Joe's and find their pesto and man, it was fuckin' way more expensive than I thought it would be. I mean, I don't go to Trader Joe's all that often (I pop into their wine shop fairly often), but goddamn. Their cheapest shit was $5 or $6, topping out at $13 or so. Finally I was like, "Fuck it, I can't afford this shite," and left. It was on my way out of "Trader Joe's" that I realized I was actually in Whole Foods. And such is my life: completely retarded.

What's up, people? Me? I escaped New York for a few days to enjoy Las Vegas, courtesy of my big brother, rmcaliente. Went for the AVN Novelty Expo, which was outrageous. No award shows, just knee-deep in dildoes. First time I'd ever been to the city, which was fun. Helps if you're rich and single, of which I'm neither. But it was still a lot of fun-- got to get out of town for a day and see the Valley of Fire, which was amazing. I went out West when I was really little, but I don't really remember it at all, and even then it was only in and around Los Angeles. So it was a lot of fun and you'd better bet this beast was well-altered! (pictures floating around somewhere? video eventually, too... maybe)

Stock market dive: Wow! It's a good thing I took great care a few years back to invest a tremendous sum of my money in rare, live Tool VHS tapes!

Good Customer: Steven Soderbergh--- very friendly, drinks Arnold Palmers, and an exceptionally classy tipper.
Bad Customer: Most Italians. Fuckin' stay in Italy if you can't tip at least 15% you fuckin' jerk-off assholes.
