Last night after the Tommy Danger Comedy Hour, my girlfriend and I were walking back to the subway and along with another (random) couple witnessed this obese black dude stealing a bike. The bike was all chromed-out and all they had was a dinky little lock on it. If I'm not mistaken, the perp broke it with his bare bear hands. Even when my shitty bike was stolen from Union Square months ago I had a better lock on it than that little thing. Hopefully it was a trap that might help lead the police to a bike thief lair. Hopefully. Either which way, I've been enjoying my new(er) bike, and you'd better believe I have a big-ass NYC lock on it. Great times.
So I have to move again. What a pain in the ass. They're raising the rent where I live now, and it's not really worth it to stay. Gonna move in with some friends... we'll see! I'm working six, sometimes seven days a week and I'm still broke. Fuck. Four (or three) days at the Belgian restaurant (check us out in Zagat!) and three days at the Argentine place (TimeOut & Zagat loved us... if only we had customers!). I will work this schedule as long as my body and mind can maintain. Some say my mind has already gone... Trying hard to hit the comedy-- need to hustle like a Sean Patton.
Did the intro class at the Upright Citizen Brigade, which was awesome. Improv is a lot harder than I thought-- especially the Harold long-form fun. Goddamn! But the people I took the class with are/were super-excellent. Graduation show was actually funny(!). Again, great times. Want to take the second course, but I'm trying hard to manage my limited resources-- maybe someday! Hopefully sooner than later.
Went to CT and visited my OneEyeJilly-- hadn't been up there in almost a year (maybe more?), which was great. I really miss my great friend Jill and it was awesome to recharge--if only for a day--riding around the beautiful New England countryside.

What else? Probably gonna do the next Taint Comedy Great? Comedy Show! that Friday after Halloween. The Friday before is when it technically ought to be, but I don't want to knock heads with Halloween parties, etc.
Oct 20th: Puscifer album comes out. "V is for Vagina" I'm scared, but in a good way.

Yet Another Phone
Okay, so another one of my blackberry pearls cracked out. This most recent phone makes numero tres. Best part is: tmobile sent me TWO pearls instead of just one. Should I sell it, send it back or maybe even give it away to one of my friends? I'll probably just send it back: no one deserves the hassle of dealing with these shitty phones. Well, if this one breaks, they're supposed to send me a Curve. Can't wait.
Thanks to everyone who came out to the first TCG?CS! In a couple months-by many accounts it was the best comedy show at Kabin yet! So yes, thanks again to all y'all for coming out, and thanks again to the Chech Your Cool crew (John D. O'Donnell, Claudia Coogan, Jiwon Lee) plus Brooke Van Poppelen and Jesse Pop. Great times, indeed!
